We would like to collaborate with you on a professional photo shoot and short video to promote Nivea Cosmetics. Please note that this project is exclusively for the Nivea Campaign, and there will be no nudity, fetish, bondage, or any other adult content involved. We prioritize professionalism and respect for all parties involved in our projects.

Additionally, please note that the test shoot and project photoshoot will occur in September, and you are required to select one date from the options provided for both shoots below. The Management team will cover all expenses during the photoshoot.
It is important to mention that a total of 15 advertisements are scheduled for completion by the end of September, featuring mostly celebrities and television personalities. The remaining talents will mainly be new faces.
To proceed further with the NIVEA project, the next step is to register for the test shoot with a refundable fee of $300.

TEST SHOOT DETAILS
Dates & Time: September 17th, 2023 – September 24th, 2023
12 noon
Location: NYC
You are only required to be available for one day out of the available dates listed above.

We are aiming to schedule the test shoot as per the details provided. Could you please let us know if you are a student or if you work during the week or only on weekends? Ideally, we prefer weekends, but if that is not possible, we can also arrange for a weekday shoot on the dates provided above, provided you are available to shoot. If the dates provided do not work for you, kindly inform us of a suitable date that aligns with your schedule. Regarding timing, we typically recommend starting at around 12 noon and finishing at 6 pm to accommodate travel times. However, we understand that this may not be convenient for everyone, so we are open to being flexible with both time and dates. If the scheduled time and dates do not work for you, please let us know your availability immediately so we can reschedule accordingly.

SHOOTING LOCATION:
Space is limited to get the best shoots and collaborations. The test shoots will be shot in your city, and we will be working with selected studios and photographers for the test shoot which will be known to you after registration and booking scheduling has been finalized.

STYLING:
The test shoot outfit will be provided, Including Make-Up Artist (MUA). We are happy to also hear your thoughts on what you’d like to shoot in, especially if you have something interesting or more unique in mind or available.

FINAL IMAGES:
From the test shoot, we aim to obtain at least 7 images of un-watermarked, high-resolution, fully retouched files that we will select. These images will be delivered to you within approximately 4-7 working days as we work on them around our commercial projects.

PROJECT PHOTO SHOOT DETAILS:

The photoshoot we’re organizing will be utilized for various purposes, such as billboards, commercial advertisements, and across NIVEA Cosmetics outlets and print media for NIVEA Cosmetics. As you may know, billboards are a powerful tool to stay ahead in the market, especially when collaborating with top brands.

Please note that all necessary paperwork for this project, including the terms and conditions, will be signed before you appear in front of the camera. We apologize if this is an information overload, but we wanted to provide as much information as possible upfront to minimize back-and-forth messages and ensure you know what to expect from the beginning.
